Kevin O’Connell

Kevin J. O’Connell is a Partner at Posternak Blankstein & Lund LLP, where, as a member of the firm’s Corporate Department, he maintains a sophisticated and diverse practice. Kevin counsels middle-market clients on a broad range of legal and business issues, including the structuring of joint ventures and strategic relationships; angel, venture, private equity and other financings; contract and commercial matters; and licensing and other intellectual property matters. Kevin’s principal practice focus is m&a, and in his 20 years of practice, he has negotiated and closed numerous mergers, acquisitions and similar transactions for clients in the technology, telecommunications, energy, engineering and transportation sectors, as well as a variety of other industries. He serves as general outside counsel to many start-up companies and entrepreneurs.

Kevin is admitted to practice in Massachusetts, New York and Rhode Island, and is a member of several bar associations. He has written and published numerous articles regarding a range of legal issues, and he has been named a Super Lawyer in Boston Magazine. Kevin holds an AV peer review rating, the highest given, from Martindale-Hubbell.
